50C 1939 ARK PDS SET PCGS MS-66

Next to Patterns, we strongly feel that MATCHED ORIGINAL SILVER COMMEM SETS are the most under valued area in all of numismatics. So many have been broken up its highly unlikely even half of sets minted still survive intact. We always buy nice sets when we see them. Our number on concern: uniformity. Here, we not only have a clearly original matched set, but one thats a true Superb GEM. The colors are what they should be on each coin-mild light golden brown with hints of reddish gold. The surfaces are all super clean and satiny. 1939 is not known for exceptional luster, but this set does have an above average glow. All of the details are sharply struck. You can tell this set has sat undistubed since it left the mint. This is the rarest Commem set made: 2100 were minted. In MS66, there can be only 28 sets graded by PCGS as that is the pop for the P Mint. And in MS67-there can only be ONE set. The great rarity and value offered here are not over hyped at all.
