10C 1899-O PCGS MS-65

Having built the Law Collection of MS Barber Dimes (the all time finest on the PCGS Registry) we know what dates don’t exist in what conditions. This is a grossly undervalued and under appreciated date. Both sides have super clean and lightly semi-prooflike surfaces. They are evenly covered by a moderate mix of original golden brown/champagne color. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 4, NGC 8. PCGS has graded only 8 coins higher. If this coin were ever to be in an MS66 holder, we would not flinch. It does have VERY high end qualities!
