Normally we do not buy these. However, this coin just stood out to us. Both sides are strongly semi-prooflike. A few minor light stray lines can be detected with a glass. There are NO major marks or stains. The color is a blazing yellow gold. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is a full WOW! PCGS has only graded 5 coins higher. Do not be fooled by the pops, this date does NOT frequently appear (and we think there are a couple of pieces tired several times for MS65). PCGS 38, NGC 28.
