The colors are a deeper olive/pewter and primarily cover the rim areas. The surfaces are smooth and lustrous. Miss Liberty and the details are incredibly struck. The eye appeal is fabulous! Its really hard to tell why PCGS did not designate this coin an MS67. PCGS 18, NGC 46.
