Very High End quality! The toning is deep-but NOT dark or unattractive or dull. Both sides are olive/golden brown/pale purple/pale russet. You can clearly see the glittering mirrors that have zero problems. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is great and this IS one heck of an 1899 25C! PCGS 23, NGC 30. Just 846 pieces were minted.
