Now this is definitely a Pattern you hardly EVER see. To start, this coin is unquestionably SUPER HIGH END. We won’t resubmit it, because PCGS is so out to lunch its not worth the bother-this coin will trade for the coin itself-not the plastic. Both sides are perfect overall. No spots, blemishes, nothing. An even deeper chocolate brown color evenly covers both sides. The mirrors are clean and have light reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are incredibly struck. Everything about this SUPER GEM is incredible. This is a very high R-7 (4-12 known). We know what we certainly do NOT ever see (this type of Pattern). In MS of ANY color, this is the ONLY GEM. PCGS and NGC each seem to have graded ONE PR64 RB. There are NO other 3CN Patterns graded. Opportunity knocks loud here!
