$1 1881-S PCGS MS-68 PL

This is the ONLY PCGS MS68PL. We can not stress enough how rare these are in PL and Superb GEM DMPL. These have long been mistaken for being as common as an 80S. They are not! In fact, they don’t even look like 80S (with the creamy cameod appearance). One look and you can see why PCGS awarded this great coin such a lofty designation. Both sides have bold proof like mirrored surfaces that just shine right in your eyes. The reverse does have a little natural haze, but it does not dull the coin. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have full strikes. One of the prettiest and most popular coins that exists are Morgan Dollars. There are few better coins to find than one like this that is clearly one of the finest! PCGS 1, NGC 7. There are NO PL MS69’s. There are 2 regular MS69’s that have been hidden off the market forever.
