Deep, clear, clean, and highly reflective mirrors beam from all over. using a strong glass you can barely find some scattered light lines and teenie lint mark. There are no “issues’ with this coin. Both sides are evenly toned with a rich and ORIGINAL mix of navy/purple that opens into creamy white centers. All of he details are needle sharp in strike and have thick frost. The eye appeal is pretty!
ONLY 625 were minted. PCGS 18, NGC 9, CAC 5. The last 1867 PCGS piece to sell was a NON CAC. That coin brought $1,293.00 11/2013 Heritage. Do NOT be fooled by the pops, this date and grade to NOT frequently appear.
