3CS 1862 PCGS PR64

Superb in every respect! There are more scratches on the holder than the coin! Clean and strongly mirrored surfaces reveal no major problems. A light to moderate mix of pale navy/forest green color swirls about both sides. All of the details are frosted and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is quite lovely. Hard to see why it is only a PR64. Just 550 minted. PCGS 58, NGC 41.
