H10C 1862 PCGS PR-64

We can’t find any reason that PCGS got spooked and graded it only a PR64. Both sides have super clean and powerful mirrors. A moderate coating of navy/blue/pale forest green colors evenly cover both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have extra strong strikes. The appeal is terrific! ONLY 550 were minted. PCGS 40, NGC 51. These are so stupid cheap below $1,000.00!
