1866 2C PCGS PR-65 RB

We do not see any reason why PCGS designated this coin only a PR65. The surfaces are as clean as can be. The reflectivity is extremely flashy. There are NO spots or problems. All of the details are needle sharp in strike. Both sides have beautiful colors of faded Mint RD/brown/purple. Only 725 were minted. PCGS 42, NGC 64.
